FoRWaRd: Food Recovery Waste & Reduction
The project intends to develop a free online training plan for representatives of the food supply sector, a practical guide to help them starting a food waste reduction and recovery program at their facilities in favor of charitable associations.
Technology
The platform included a web based eLearning System, a Serious Game and a Brokerage web plaform. It was developed using Avaca Technologies Web Developement framework, including the following technology stack: Spring, Wicket, jQuery, ExtJs, JPA, Unity, Camel ESB.
